When reporting a problem, it helps to include your iOS version and what you were doing when it happened.
Do I need an account? No — the whole game works offline without one. An account is only for backing up progress and joining the global leaderboard.
How do I delete my account and data? In the app: Settings → Sync Progress → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
