By downloading or using Globi you agree to these terms.
Globi grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. The app, its artwork, question content, and the Globi character are our property and protected by copyright.
Creating an account is optional. If you create one, keep your credentials secure — you are responsible for activity on your account. Display names appear on a public leaderboard and must not contain offensive, impersonating, or misleading content; names are filtered automatically and we may reset or remove names or accounts that break this rule.
Attempting to manipulate leaderboards, exploit bugs for XP, or interfere with the service may result in removal of scores or termination of your account.
We work hard to keep the 4,700+ geography questions accurate and current, but the world changes and mistakes happen. Question content is provided for educational and entertainment purposes without warranty of accuracy.
You can stop using Globi at any time and delete your account in Settings → Sync Progress → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Globi is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app (currently: nothing — it’s free).
We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted in the app’s release notes.
